Dwight Eberts began his career in the insurance industry, eventually launching his own business with a partner at age 25. The venture served financial advisors and financial institutions around the country and ultimately Dwight and his partner sold the business to a large national company. Since then, he has developed his independent consulting skills and also followed a call to deepen his ministry pursuits. That includes acquiring a Ministry Leadership Certificate from Moody Bible Institute as well as leading the charge to launch Rockpointe’s ministry for men – The Garage. As Young Adult Pastor, Dwight provides leadership and oversight for Light Company, Rockpointe’s ministry for 18-29 year-olds, which includes large and small group discipleship as well as special events, service projects and missions opportunities. Dwight also serves on Rockpointe’s Elder Board. An avid sports enthusiast, he is just as likely to be seen sharing a great book with a friend as he is to be spotted on the golf course. Dwight is married into a close-knit Italian family, and he and wife Luciana have two daughters.
