The theology of serving isn’t just about being engaged in the church, it’s about how we operate in our places of business, in our homes. To paraphrase Martin Luther, it’s to do what you’ve been called to do and in so doing…
“Serve God…by doing your work well and with integrity”
Do it in such a way that people look at it and say “Why does he do things that way,” or “Why does she do that?” and “What is different about that man or that woman?” And in the end they don’t see you, but they see the work of Jesus Christ in your life.
